Return & Refund Policy

We at SperkyShine want you to absolutely love your demi-fine jewellery. If not, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return/exchange process.


Return Window

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return/exchange.

  • After 3 days, the return window will automtically close.

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, pouches/boxes, and freebies intact.

  • Unboxung video is mandatory to process any return/exchange. The video should clearly show: 
    - The sealed parcel being opened.
    - The product with visible tags/labels.
    - Any damage/defect/missing product (if applicable).

  • Without proper unboxing proof, we will not be able to process claims.

What Can Be Returned

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    - Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
    - Only the damaged product (in case of multiple items) will be accepted.
    - Once approved, you will receive store credits (gift card with unlimited validity) within 7-10 working days after the item reaches us.

     

  • Wrong Product Received 

    - If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
    - Reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.

     

  • Dislike/Change of Mind
    -Allowed within 3 days of delivery.
    - Customer bears INR 60 reverse shipping fee per order, deducted from store credits. 

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Personalized/engraved jewellery.

  • Pierced jewellery (earrings, nose pins) for hygiene reasons.

  • Jewellery purchased under sale, clearance, contests, or promotional offers.

  • Single items from combos/gift sets (must be returned as a complete set).

Refund & Credits

  • We do not issue cash refunds.

  • All eligible returns/exchanges will be processed as store credits in the form of a gift card (no expiry).

  • Credits will be issued after deducting INR 60 reverse shipping charges (unless it is our error, e.g., damaged or wrong item sent).

 


Timelines

  • Gift voucher / store credits will be issued within 7-10 working days after the returned product clears quality checks.

  • In case of rejection (e.g., product used/damaged/tags missing), no credits will be issued.

Other Important Points

  • Return & exchange will be processed at the order level, not per product basis.

  • If unavailable during reverse pickup, the courier partner may cancel the pickup. In such cases, the process needs to be re-initiated.

  • Claims of tampering, missing product, or damage must be reported with clear 360° unboxing video. SperkyShine reserves the right to reject claims with insufficient evidence.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as our jewellery pieces are prepared and packed quickly. We request you to shop mindfully.
